Amy Van Roekel

Associate Conductor, Training Chorus (Philip Coltoff Center)

Amy Van Roekel, a native of Kalamazoo, Michigan, has received accolades for her performances on both the operatic and concert stage. Opera highlights include roles with Florida Grand Opera, Lyric Opera Cleveland, Central City Opera and Chautauqua Opera.

As a soloist she has appeared with the Virginia Symphony, the Louisiana Philharmonic, the National Symphony Orchestra, the Buffalo Philharmonic and she has sung several concerts at Carnegie Hall. She also enjoys singing jazz and musical theater and was a featured cabaret artist with the New York City Ballet in performances in New York City and St. Rémy, France.
