School Vacation Program

Goodhue Center offers programs during school vacations for children ages 5-12. These include December Holiday, February President's Week and Spring Vacation. The dates generally will coincide with the New York City Public Schools calendar, but please contact Goodhue Center for exact days.

Children participate in a wide-range of fun activities including sports, cooking, computers and arts and crafts. Bus transportation is not available on these days.

• REGISTRATION: Registration for school vacation breaks takes place one month prior to the holiday. Parents must pre-register their child for these programs.
• HOURS: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• FEE: $35.00 for non-members. Member and family rates available.

SPECIALTY SCHOOL VACATION CAMPS:
In addition to our full-day programs, Goodhue Center also offers the following programs.

• Winter Recess Dance Camp
  During the February school vacation, the Center will be offering a half-day dance camp for children ages 6-12. Professional instruction will include dance routines in modern, jazz and hip hop.
  REGISTRATION: Call the Center in January to register your child for this program.
  FEE: $100.00 per child. Full day rates are available.
• Teddy Atlas Spring Sports Camp
  During the Spring school vacation, the Dr. Teddy Atlas Foundation co-sponsors a Sports Camp for children ages 7-12. Children participate in baseball, softball, basketball and golf activities led by Staten Island coaches.
  REGISTRATION: Call the Center in March to register your child for this program. Please also call the Center for the specific dates and fees for this camp.
