Adolescents and teens in the state of New York have the right to private and confidential medical care, including family planning and sexual health services. The Children’s Aid Society protects this right by providing confidential health services to teens and adolescents at our Milbank Health Center and Bronx Health Center.
At Milbank and Bronx Health Centers:
Teens can ask any and all health related questions. Our staff will always answer honestly and without judgment, no matter the question.
Teens receive a full range of medical services from providers who truly love and are committed to working with teens
All of our services are available to adolescents and teens at low or no cost. No one is denied services if they can't pay for them.
Our services are 100% confidential. This means that we do not tell your parent/guardian about anything about your sexual health or family planning visit. We will not send mail to your home and we are very careful to maintain confidentiality when we call you.
Appointments and Hours:
Call to schedule an appointment! It’s always best if you call first; this allows you to have an allotted time with your provider and minimize your wait time. Walk-ins are welcome, but you will be seen on a first come, first served basis and wait times may be longer.

Services Include:
Our health centers are primary care and family planning facilities. If during a medical exam the doctor feels that you would benefit from seeing a medical specialist or are in need of a specialized social service, we will refer you to our partner organizations for appropriate services.
We work hard to create a safe space for all of our patients. We welcome anyone and everyone to access our services. Our staff members are trained to deal with any and all questions or health issues.
The Children’s Aid Society brings world-class primary care services to the people we serve, in the places they live, learn and play. Health services are tailored to meet the special needs of children and adolescents in our community schools, community centers and foster care program.
