Children and Adolescents in the Community

Through our three community center-based clinics, Children’s Aid offers children and adolescents access to health professionals they can trust in an environment with which they are familiar.
Children and teens receive full-service health care at our community clinics, including:
- Physical examinations
- Growth assessments
- Screenings (hearing, vision, scoliosis, etc.)
- Treatment of acute illnesses such as asthma
- Dental and vision treatments
For adolescents, we offer:
- Specialized confidential health services including health education
- Physical examinations for school, sports and work
- Sexually transmitted infections testing
- Gynecological exams
- Immunizations
- HIV counseling and testing
- Family planning
Children and families are also connected to preventive health services.
