Bronx Press Event to Campaign for After-School and Child Care Programs

Wednesday, April 18th at the Bronx Family Center, Council Member Annabel Palma, Chair of the General Welfare Committee, was joined by advocates, Children's Aid staff and families to release a detailed report of the devastating impact that will fall upo thousands if the Mayor proceeds with cuts to after-school and child care programs.
