
Health Services
The Dunlevy Milbank Center offers children and adolescents a full-service medical, dental and mental health center. The Children's Aid Society works in partnership with physicians from The Mount Sinai Medical Center, with on-site medical care and referrals to specialists at the hospital. There is also a specialist on staff to help families enroll in public health insurance such as Medicaid, Child Health Plus and Family Health Plus.
Pediatric Care Services
Immunizations, well-child examinations, acute care for infants and children, care for chronic illnesses, health education and counseling.
Adolescent Health Services
Immunizations, well-adolescent examinations, care for acute and chronic illnesses, reproductive health care and family planning, screening and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases infections and HIV, health education, counseling and complete physicals for school, sports or working papers.
Counseling Services
Mental health care, and individual, family and group counseling.
Dental Services
Exams, preventive care and treatment for boys and girls under age 21. Referrals for braces and other orthodontic work.

9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday
1 p.m.-8 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday
Saturday hours are available.
Health Insurance
The Dunlevy Milbank Clinic accepts many health insurance plans, including Medicaid. If you don't have coverage, our on-site insurance counselors will help determine whether you qualify for Medicaid or Child Health Plus. If you do, they will enroll you immediately. All patients are treated, regardless of their ability to pay.
