BABY AND TODDLER YOGA (birth to 24 months)

These classes provide mom, dad or caregiver with an opportunity to exercise and relax without worrying about what to do with their baby. Baby Yoga integrates the babies into poses and stretches, creating a lovely way to bond with your child. In Toddler Yoga, grown-ups and toddlers alike will have the opportunity to exercise in this energetic class. Children can actively participate in their grown-ups’ poses and will also have time to try out their own poses! When needed, they can take a break from the action and play with the toys and manipulatives.

*Please note: Age ranges listed are for the Fall semester and age up for the Spring and Summer semesters.
