Why Coalitions?

Community Partnerships, or coalitions engage multiple systems in their prevention efforts and are able to bring about community level change and policies through the use of environmental prevention strategies. More than any other entity, community partnerhips are poised to connect local stakeholders, collaboratively. Partners gain a more complete understanding of the communities, their programs and the processes used to identify problems and implement evidence-based solutions.

Currently, the PRC provides technical assistance to the following communities:
