Early Childhood Program

Rhinelander Center’s Early Childhood Program offers families with young children an array of enriching, skill-building and enjoyable social and educational opportunities. Hands-on, fun-filled activities that enable children to learn through play are emphasized. Families enjoy activities such as indoor/outdoor play, art, music and movement with their children ages 6 months to 4 years.

A sense of community develops as the children and their families make new friends. A gentle separation process begins during the 30-36 month classes. At 3 years old, once separation is successful and children are happy, they are encouraged to participate, without the adult who has accompanied them to the program. The goal is to help children feel safe, secure and positive about themselves in a social/school setting by providing them with an enriched, age-appropriate educational environment.

Sign your child up for as many classes per week as you would like. Allow us to design a schedule that meets your needs.
