Overview
The Children’s Aid Society's Sports and Recreation Programs are based on the philosophy that play is an important part of a child’s healthy development. Physical activity provides hours of fun, fitness, endless memories and valuable lessons in teamwork and leadership. Programs focus on a young athlete's willingness simply to play the game, and not on scores and statistics. We also impress upon youngsters that participation and perseverance are the true marks of a good sport. Children’s Aid encourages children to become involved with our many programs, including:
