Adventure Team Building for Youth and Adults
Adventure Team Building uses games, initiatives and low & high ropes challenges to energize the learning of interpersonal skills among a group of people. Successful teams communicate well, support each other and focus on goals. Adventure Team Building provides opportunities to learn and sharpen these skills.
Located 35 miles north of New York City in Chappaqua, New York, Wagon Road Camp features eight high ropes elements and nine low ropes elements. With our expertise in facilitation, we provide adventure experiences tailored to the specific issues a group must address to develop high levels of collaboration.
Our program serves groups from ages 10 to adults and is run year round. We run programs for schools, youth groups and organizations needing staff development. The program is available for any group that is seeking to build effective collaborative relationships.
High Ropes Elements: Flying Squirrel, Burma Bridge, Vertical Playground, Catwalk, Centipede, Climbing Wall, Leap of Faith and Giant Ladder.
Low Ropes Elements: Whale Watch, Spider’s Web, Islands, Mohawk Walk, Wild Woosey, Meuse, 12 foot Wall, Team Triangle and Rope Swing
Low Ropes Team Building: Day Program
Groups of 10-12 people work through challenges that get progressively more difficult. Games, initiatives and low ropes activities create situations that require participants to communicate and cooperate to be successful.
Length of Time: 4-6 hours
High Ropes Team Building: Day Program
Groups of 10-12 people work through a similar sequence as above, but with a high ropes challenge included. The high ropes challenge adds a personal goal setting opportunity and gives each individual a chance to push themselves with the support of their group.
Length of Time: 4-6 hours
