Overview

Rhinelander Children’s Center offers excellent education, arts and recreational programming for approximately 600 children and teens each year. On weekdays, we offer Early Childhood classes, fully accredited Nursery School and a comprehensive After School Program for children up to age 12. On Saturdays, Rhinelander houses New York City’s only weekend program for deaf children and teens. In the summer, Rhinelander houses a day camp for 3-6-year olds.
Rhinelander is a self-sustaining branch of The Children’s Aid Society, a citywide nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive supports to children in poverty. As such, we are committed to creating an inclusive community and offering access to social services and emergency assistance through the Children’s Aid network.
